TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

    • Returns Policy
      • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included contents and accompanied by the original receipt.
      • A minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to all returns.
    • Special Order Items
      • Special order items are non-refundable. Once purchased, these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
    • Refund Policy
      • No refunds will be issued for any purchases after 14 days from the date of the invoice or receipt.
      • Customers must report any defective items within 3 days of receiving them to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
    • Finance Charges
      • A finance charge of 2.25% per month (equivalent to 26.99% per annum) will be applied to any outstanding balance that is past due.
      • The customer agrees to pay all fees associated with the cost of collection after default and any legal fees incurred if the account is referred to an attorney.
    • Service Claims
      • Any claims regarding services provided must be reported within 3 days of pickup or reception of the shipment.
      • Claims reported more than 3 days after pickup or reception may not be considered valid or eligible for resolution.
    • Data Liability
      • Revo Technologies does not accept liability for any loss of, or damage to, data stored on any devices or systems serviced or sold by them.
      • Customers are responsible for backing up their data prior to any service or repair work.
    • Abandoned Items
      • Items left unclaimed for over 45 days will be considered abandoned.
      • Revo Technologies reserves the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned items without any further liability to the customer.
    • Condition of Refurbished Goods
      • All refurbished goods sold are provided in an "as is" condition with all their faults.
      • Revo Technologies makes no warranties regarding the merchantability of the goods or their fitness for any particular purpose.
      • There are no warranties beyond those explicitly described on the face of the invoice or sales receipt.
    • Manufacturer Repairs
      • Revo Technologies may, at its discretion, work with device manufacturers on behalf of the customer to facilitate repairs or replacements.
      • Revo Technologies is not liable for any damage, loss of data, or other issues that may occur during the manufacturer's repair or replacement process.
      • Customers agree to adhere to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions when pursuing repairs or replacements through this process.
